Really enjoyed Portland, the hotel was wonderful close to many things. Very very helpful staff and the location was comfortable and unbeatable. Further, it was near major streets and highways as well as children's museum. The service here was courteous. Booked it for our trip and had a pleasant stay here.

Customer service was mind-blowing, they really went above and beyond to fix our mix-up. The room was super clean and comfortable with a large king bed and extra seating. The fridge kept everything ice-cold and had a handy ice-maker. The separate shower and toilet were a great feature, allowing for simultaneous use. The blow dryer had multiple settings and the plush towels were extremely absorbent. Breakfast included a variety of options, although the waffle batter could use some improvement. We were pleasantly surprised to get a king size room for the price of a queen, and the added dining table was a nice touch. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and although the A/C machine seemed a bit outdated, it worked perfectly once we set the temperature. our stay was excellent and exceeded our expectations.

The setting of hotel was perfect and exceptionally nice, in downtown Portland. Appreciated brand-new king room for the value, wouldn't mind staying there all day. A refrigerator, coffee/tea making facilities and a seating area were all available.

It offers big size and huge rooms with sofa, comfortable bed plus love seat.

Wonderful affordable hotel with great value, we had a great stay. The location was excellent and favourable, just off downtown Portland by bus as well as restaurants and things to do or avoid in the area.

Nice looking rooms for the value are accompanied by COURTEOUS service. It was nice to have a writing desk and a chair in the room.

My recent stay at the Hospitality Inn was a comfortable one. The spacious room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The free wifi worked well, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The friendly staff were always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to major streets and highways. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.
